  I like Susan and her work. But I have had two experiences in which she says she will return my left over fabric and she never does, not matter how many time she says she will, she simply doesn't follow through. I've been asking her for months and months, and seem to just get the run around, from I know right where it is and will get it to you tomorrow, to someone must have moved it and I can't find it.

  I worked with Susan years ago on providing window coverings for my home. That was at least 10 years ago and though I have not needed any additional covering (her work lasts and lasts) when a friend needed window covering for her new home (she saw mine and loved them) I immediately recommended Williams and Company. Susan is a delight to work with and her creative ideas make a room pop. Thanks Williams and Company...
